Service Update – Session Records and Note Taking

At Aquaaccess4all we strive to gain our participants trust and develop a relationship that enhances their sessions and comfort as they gain skills and push towards their goals.

We seek to be the best in our field, and that means a level of recording and notekeeping that supports the learning and progress of each participant. As a team it has always been the case that we make notes, doing our best to ensure our notes and understanding of each participants goals and needs are being met. We see progress as you do too. We have all enjoyed wins with your child/young adult and celebrating and communicating this more is part of the long term plan too!

This is why we have started a trial for the next 3 months (March, April and May 2022).

Here’s the plan

For the last 2 weeks of each calendar month we will end each session 5 minutes early. This time will be used to collate and record important notes for your individual for that month.

This proposal gives our team reflective, mindful and planned time which allows us to #beourbest as we seek to consistently improve our service for the betterment of all.

As we appreciate, many therapy sessions have this time built-in to your appointment and we too have skills and a passion to strive forward with each of the individuals we work alongside.

Each participant has a secure online file, in our system called Splose, where your appointment reminders come from. These files can be shared within our team as we support each other. This has been invaluable over recent months as our team and myself have had to take time off for a variety of reasons.

We share this information to educate you around how we seek to continually better our time and efforts with your child/young adult.

If you have any questions or thoughts about this proposal please share your feedback with us at and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
